Commitments to diversity, equity and inclusion

The signing of the 10 commitments for diversity, equity and inclusion is a protocolary act that symbolizes the formal agreement of the companies affiliated with ComproDiverso with the construction of fairer, safer and more inclusive work environments.

If companies demonstrate the actions they have taken to fulfill the 10 commitments, they are awarded annual recognition at a gala event.

The WhatsApp groups are dynamic and strategic channels of communication that facilitate the constant connection between the member companies and the ComproDiverso.

Throughout the year, ComproDiverso organizes four specialized congresses, each focused on one of the key intersectionalities it promotes: women, LGBT+ people, seniors and people with disabilities.

Business for Inclusion Summit

Business for Inclusion Summit 2025 is the transformation of the largest diversity, equity and inclusion event in Mexico and Latin America. This new edition represents the natural evolution of the Pride Connection Mexico Summit, expanding its vision to integrate in an intersectional way all the populations it promotes. ComproDiversoLGBT+ people, women, people with disabilities and senior citizens.
