At ComproDiverso we work through support programs for different audiences, segmented according to intersectionalities that cross them in their work environment. We achieve this thanks to the three fundamental pillars that allow us to carry out all our programs in a structured way that helps the different segments of our society:
We create safe, equitable and inclusive work environments for women, people with disabilities, seniors and LGBT+ people.
We promote training and networks of good practices to eradicate discrimination and foster a respectful and diverse organizational culture.
We promote growth of SMEs and diverse ventures through mentoring, access to corporate buyers and collaborative networks.
We seek to close inequality gaps and strengthen a more inclusive, innovative and sustainable value chain.
We share knowledge and tools for more organizations to adopt inclusive practices.
We offer open access materials, training spaces and collaborative platforms to multiply social impact and generate a cultural transformation in the business world.
It is the program focused on the professional development of people who belong to the LGBT+ population. In addition to boosting their potential, without their gender identity or sex-affective orientation being a limitation, it creates more inclusive work environments that are aware of their characteristics and issues, such as inclusive language, different gender identities, both cis and trans, gender expressions, among others.
It is the program focused on the professional empowerment of women in their fields of work. It assists in their professional development through forums, trainings, workshops and networking sessions to reduce problems such as glass ceilings, wage gaps, mansplaining, etc.
It is the program focused on linking people living with any disability, whether physical, mental, intellectual or sensory, with companies that allow them to break down the barriers that hinder their professional development, allowing them to meet their needs in a dignified manner and improve their physical and social context.
This is the program focused on providing employment and training opportunities for senior citizens, whom we link with service providers and companies that offer fair remuneration and assistance to maintain and improve their quality of life.
It is the program that brings together the largest employers in the country that have diversity, equity and inclusion programs, and that offer decent conditions for LGBT+ people, women, people with disabilities and seniors, so that they can find jobs that allow them to develop professionally in decent and competitive work environments through Job Fairs and an Inclusive Job Board (coming soon).
