{"id":3017,"date":"2025-07-04T16:46:32","date_gmt":"2025-07-04T16:46:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/comprodiverso.com\/?p=3017"},"modified":"2025-07-15T20:10:42","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T20:10:42","slug":"test-i-am-a-true-lgbt-ally","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/comprodiverso.com\/en\/labor-inclusion\/test-i-am-a-true-lgbt-ally\/","title":{"rendered":"Test: Am I really an LGBT+ ally?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you believe you are an ally of the LGBT+ population, this <em>test<\/em> will help you realize how much you are a person who respects and supports the rights of those belonging to sexual diversity.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether we are talking about a work, school or social environment,<strong> there are people who are close to the LGBT+ population because of their support<\/strong>if you want to test yourself to discover <strong>how allied you are with the sexual diversity population, here we have the <em>test<\/em> perfect<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is common for there to be <strong>false allies<\/strong> that only in speech they are usually open with these issues, but when it comes to actions, their behavior is different. If you got this, it is because you are a<strong> a person who is familiar with the diverse population and, even if you are not part of it, you are someone who is an advocate for its members<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you believe in the <strong>equality<\/strong> <strong>of rights<\/strong>. On the other hand, you know that respect is paramount and <strong>everyone deserves the same treatment<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second of the results was for those who<strong> know a little about the LGBT+ population, but still have some way to go to be allies.<\/strong>. The people who took this option is because <strong>are becoming more open to talking about diversity issues.<\/strong>. However, we still <strong>there are some behaviors that could make them more inclusive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don't forget that <strong>respecting pronouns<\/strong> and to support them in times of need is of great importance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, <strong>the third result was for those who are reluctant to talk about sexual diversity issues.<\/strong>. If you got this, it's good for you to remember that it's up to everyone to make the world a kinder place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It costs nothing to respect people who are different from you.
