Data on wage equality in Mexico and how to close the gap (2025)

What is the outlook for the wage gap in Mexico in 2025?

Mexico is a country where there is still a long way to go to achieve wage equality. According to the Salary survey 2025by the human resources platform Worky, currently there is an average gender pay gap of approximately 25%.

"The average salary for men is $31,025 per month, while the average salary for women is $23,178."

If we obtain the percentage, this means that women earn 74.7% of what men earn overallThe difference is 25.3%.
