The Mexican Network of Diverse Buyers, Suppliers and Recruiters (ComproDiverso) is a project that provides information, facilitates the exchange of best practices, promotes networking, and provides training and awareness on diversity, equity and labor inclusion in Mexican companies.
ComproDiverso promotes belonging from a financial and competitive perspective. Promotes safe and equitable work environments to reduce staff turnover and the costs of unconscious biases, and generates spaces free of discrimination.
At ComproDiverso we work through support programs for different audiences, segmented according to the intersectionalities that affect them in their work environment.
